I look forward to meeting the group tomorrow night and welcome
those that are willing to
make new healthier changes. We have individuals returning for another
challenge so for
the brand new people, you already have a support group in place.
The concept of the group challenge is that we all work together to
achieve the same
goal. By committing to the program, you are going to be very happy with
your results. You
only get out of this program what you put into it. If you think you can
cheat, skip workouts
and eat foods not recommended, you are going to have a tough time keeping
up to the
group.
I wish each and every one of you the very best during the next
84 days.
You are about to begin a new healthier journey in your quest for
optimum health. Do not
let anyone stand in your way of your dreams and goals. Believe in
yourself, set easy and
obtainable goals each week and stay in touch with everyone in the group.
